Age Groups

Cheerleading

• Kindergarten (starting at 3yrs old) up to 6th Grade

Basketball

• Kindergarten co-ed (starting at 3yrs old)
• 1st/2nd grade co-ed
• 3rd/4th grade co-ed
• 5/6th grade Girls (end of season tournament)
• 5/6th Grade Boys (end of season tournament)
• 7/8th grade Boys (end of season tournament)
• 7/8/9th grade Girls (end of season tournament)*

*7-8th Boys & 7-9th grade Girls Division

• 7-8th grade Boys Division:
  • If you are playing on a school team you are not eligible to play on an Upward 7/8th Boys team due to OHSAA restrictions.
• 7-9th grade Girls Division:
  • If you are playing on a school team you are not eligible to play on an Upward 7-9th Girls team due to OHSAA restrictions.
  • 9^th grade girls can play this year in the 7-9^th grade girls division.
  • 9^th grade is only applicable for the girl’s divisions.
  • We DO NOT have a 9^th grade boys division and 9^th grade boys are not eligible to play in the 7/8^th boys division.

Practice night & Carpool Requests

• We can NOT guarantee practice night or carpool requests
• Coach link requests are guaranteed for the coaches child only

Player Evaluation & Uniform Sizing

• We will offer additional evaluation times with online sign ups to minimize congestion during normally scheduled evaluations
• Uniform sizing is only done online during registration process and is a required step to complete online registration.
  • A sizing chart is provided online during registration to help you decide the correct size for your child.

Registration & Discount Information

Registration Opens September 1st –

Register early -> some age groups will fill up fast due to space limitations

Cost before October 1st is $105 per child
Cost after October 1st is $115 per child

Discounts:
Early Registration Discount:
     Save $10 by registering and paying by October 1st
Family Discount:
      Save $15 on 3rd child of family
      Save $55 on 4th or more child in family

2023-24 Season Evaluation Dates:

Saturday October 21st 10am to noon  
Kindergarten (K3, K4, K5) through 4th grade Basketball
Kindergarten (K3, K4, K5) through 8th grade Cheerleading   

Saturday October 28th 10am to noon
        Kindergarten (K3, K4, K5) through 4th grade Basketball
        Kindergarten (K3, K4, K5) through 8th grade Cheerleading

Saturday November 4^th 9am to noon
        5th-8th Grade Boys & 5-9th Grade Girls Evaluation & Team Draft

2023-24 Practices

5-9th grade Basketball – Start the week of November 27th

K-4th Basketball & k-6th Cheerleading – Start the week of December 4th

No Practice the week of December 25th

2023-24 Game Schedule

All Regular Season Games are on Saturdays

First Game is January 13th 2023

Last Game is March 2nd 2023

Tournament is the week of March 4th 2023

Payment can be made online during registration by Credit Card or in person by Cash, Check or Credit. 
Cash, Check or Credit Card payments can be made at evaluations.
